Guest Conduct & Liability

All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of fellow guests, staff, and the property, and Lake Residency reserves the right to ask any guest whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate to vacate the premises without refund. Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property, fixtures, or furnishings during their stay, and the cost of repair or replacement may be charged to the guest's account. The hotel accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings unless items have been deposited with the hotel under a formal arrangement.
