Ooty Lake & Boathouse

This scenic 65-acre artificial lake was originally constructed in 1824 by John Sullivan and sits at the heart of Ooty, surrounded by eucalyptus trees and rolling hills. Guests can enjoy pedal boats, rowboats, and motorboats from the boathouse, and a mini train, amusement rides, and pony rides make it a perfect family outing. It is one of Ooty's most beloved and easily accessible landmarks.
